Outfit: The Ruffled Skirt in Sicily

Beim Dinner mit Giorgio Armani Beauty und der internationalen Presse auf Sizilien trug ich diesen wunderschönen Rock mit Volants von Zara. Die Volants sind sehr groß, was den Rock besonders macht – ein richtiger Hingucker! Dazu kombinierte ich ein eher sportliches Oberteil als Stilbruch.

Wie ich bereits in meinem letzten Outfit-Post erwähnt habe, blieb ich dem schwarz/weißen Farbschema der Reise treu – bis auf die Lippenfarbe ;) Ich habe schon lange keinen roten Lippenstift getragen und bin wieder so richtig auf den Geschmack gekommen. Sie geben einem farblosem Outfit dann doch noch den letzten Schliff!
Irgendwie erinnert mich die Location an ein Bild mit Daria Werbowy aus der „Todo o Nada“-Austellung von Mario Testino, welches ich selbst im Zimmer hängen habe. Naja, vielleicht nicht ganz so blumig und wunderschön ;)

This is what I wore at a dinner with Giorgio Armani Beauty and the international press in Sicily. Highlight of the look is this beautiful ruffled skirt from Zara. I paired it with a very casual top to clash the style a bit. And as promised in my previous outfit post I only wore black and white – except for the lipstick! It’s been a long time since I wore a bold red lip and now I’m very into it again. If you don’t wear a lot of colors a red lip gives a look it’s finishing touch. The Location kinda reminds me of a „Todo o Nada“ photograph of Daria Werbowy by Mario Testino. Well, maybe it’s not as flowery and beautiful as the original ;)
