Outfit: The plaid wool coat

Schon vor über zwei Monaten hatte ich euch auf Instagram erzählt, dass ich mir den „Gabrie” Coat von Isabel Marant Étoile zugelegt habe. Ja, ich habe ihn schon immer Sommer gekauft. Warum? Weil ich bei so etwas immer das größte Glück habe und er sicher schon ausverkauft wäre, wenn ich länger gewartet hätte. Er ist es zwar jetzt nicht, aber das konnte ich eben nicht riskieren ;) Und endlich ist es kalt genug, so dass ich ihn ausführen kann.

Hier seht ihr mein momentanes Lieblings-Outfit: Dieser wunderschöne oversized Wollmantel, eine Skinnyjeans mit Rissen (selbst eine Boyfriendjeans ist nicht bequemer als diese), das super weiche Statement-Shirt aus der neuen Valentine Gauthier pour Vila Kollektion, regenfeste Chelsea-Boots und meine neueste Errungenschaft, die „Brenda Camera” Bag von Alexander Wang.
Ich muss zugeben, dass ich mich manchmal frage: „Hm, hätte ich mir doch den Mantel in rot kaufen sollen?” . Diese Farbe finde ich eben so schön, ist aber natürlich gewagter, vor allem für meine Verhältnisse – wisst ihr ja ;) Aber vielleicht hätte mich das krasse Rot schnell gelangweilt und das wäre bei so einer Investition nicht sehr praktisch. Vielleicht hole ich mir lieber ein schwarz/rotes Flanellhemd als Alternative. Was gefällt euch denn lieber: rot oder navy?

 

Over two months ago I told you on Instagram that I got the „Gabrie” Coat from Isabel Marant Étoile. So i bought it already in summer. But why? Because with my luck it would have been sold out if I would have waited longer, I tell you! Well, it is still available right now but I couldn’t risk it anyway ;) And finally it is cold enough to actually wear this beauty. Here you finally see it with my favorite outfit of the moment: With ripped skinny jeans (not even boyfriend jeans are more comfortable than those), the super soft statement shirt from the new Valentine Gauthier pour Vila collection, rainproof chelsea boots and my newest addition, the „Brenda Camera” Bag from Alexander Wang.
I have to say, sometimes I wonder „Should I have bought the red one instead?” It’s as beautiful and of course it’s more daring. Maybe I would get bored with the bright red after a while and that wouldn’t be too good with such an investment piece, right? Maybe I will buy a black/red flannel shirt as an alternative. What do you like more: red or navy?
