Cable Knit and Cropped Flared Denim

Hach, kennt ihr dass, wenn ihr euch so richtig toll in einem Outfit fühlt? Ein tolles Outfit hebt total meine Stimmung. Ich liebe das an der Mode, dass sie diese Gefühle in mir hervorrufen kann. Und es macht einfach Spaß! Dieses mal war eine Kombination aus einem kuscheligen Strickpullover von Edited the Label, eine Bouclé-Jacke, eine weite Crop-Jeans und enge schwarze Stiefeletten von Céline der Auslöser dafür.

Dieser Strickpullover ist ein Klassiker, den ich lange vergessen hatte. Das besondere an diesem ist nämlich das Zopfmuster – den hatte bereits ein alter Lieblingspullover, den ich mir aus dem Kleiderschrank meiner Mutter genommen hatte. Ich hatte einfach vergessen, wie schön dieses Muster doch ist und einem Look so viel mehr Struktur verleihen kann. Über die Jeanshose bin ich genau so glücklich, denn um diese zu finden, hat es auch ein paar mehr Anläufe gebraucht als sonst. Ich habe so viele Größen mit unterschiedlichen Längen ausprobiert und diese dann noch in unterschiedlichen Waschungen, bis ich endlich genau das gefunden habe, wonach ich gesucht hatte: Die helle Waschung, die nicht zu gebleicht aussieht, die Hochwasserlänge, das weite Bein und der sehr hohe Hosenbund (ich trage übrigen eine W25/34). Ich freue mich schon sehr sie auch zu flachen Sandalen zu tragen! Die Bouclé-Jacke war ein Glücksgriff im Sale. Ich kann sie als Hemd tragen und durch das schöne Material auch als wärmende Jacke. Und zu guter Letzt die Accessoires: Die strukturierte, sehr elegante Tasche von Mansur Gavriel und die engen Stiefeletten bilden einen tollen Kontrast zum weiten Wohlfühl-Look, unterstützen aber auf jeden Fall den Super-Power-Effekt.

Oh do you know that feelings when you feel super comfortable in an outfit? A good look can lighten up my mood. I love that about fashion, that it can have that effect on your emotion and it’s fun! This time a combination if a comfy cable knit sweater, a bouclé jacket, a wide cropped denim jeans and black ankle boots have made my day.
The knitted sweater is a classic that I’ve almost forgotten. The special part about that sweater is the cable-knit detail. I had a very similar one that I once got form my mother’s closet. I forgot how beautiful this kind of detail is and how it could elevate a look and give it more structure. The denim jeans is another piece I’m very happy about. Also because it took me more that one try to get the perfect fit, size and bleach details. This one is perfect: a light wash that’s not too bleached, the cropped fit, wide legs and the very high waistline (I’m wearing W25/34 by the way). I’m already excited to wear those with flat sandals The bouclé jacket was a total bargain I got in the sale. I could wear it as a shirt but thanks to the material I could also wear it as a jacket. And lastly we have the accessories: a structured and elegant bag from Mansur Gavriel and tight-fitted booties that build a nice contrast to the comfy look but also gives it that perfect little something.

ring stackI love to wear lots of rings and that on both of my hands. For me the key is to mix different sizes, polishes and textures. I tend to go for quite unique rings but still keep it simple. Chain ring – Catbird. Melted gold ring – Teetharejade x Stilnest. Signet ring – Anni Lu.
