Wrapped in Rosé

Rosa ist eigentlich keine Farbe, zu der ich oft greife. Ich würde sogar fast sagen, dass ich sie meide. Ausnahmen bestätigen hier zwar die Regel, trotzdem, oft assoziiere ich immer diesen „Barbie-Look“ damit. Das kommt vielleicht auch durch meine hellgefärbten Haare. Ein Look in Rosa funktioniert für mich nur, wenn er clean und chic ist, wie mit der gestreiften Wickelbluse aus der neuen Edited the Label SS 2018 Kollektion!

Die neue Kollektion ist Prairie-Girl-inspired, man findet also hier und da ein paar Cowgirl-Accessoires. Trotzdem kann man die Stücke vielfältig kombinieren und stylen. Ich trug die Wickelbluse zu einer beigen Anzugshose, schwarzen Strumpf-Stiefeletten und goldenen Ohrringen und wählte damit einen klassischen, etwas schickeren Look. Ich freue mich aber schon darauf die Bluse auch zu Jeansshorts oder Seidenröcken zu tragen!

Pink actually isn’t a color I tend to wear. I’d even say that I avoid this color. Though exceptions confirm the rule but still I cant help myself but to think of a barbie look. Maybe it’s because of my light hair. Pink only works for me when the look is kept clean and chic, like with this striped wrap blouse from Edited the Laben’s new S/S 2018 collection.
The collection is inspired by the prairie girl, so you’ll find some cowgirl details here and there. The pieces are quite versatile though. I’m wearing the wrap blouse with beige tailored pants, sock boots und gold earrings to keep it classy and more chic. But I can’t wait wearing the blouse with denim shorts or silk skirts!
