Models Own Fruit Pastel Collection: Scented Nail Polisch

Letzten Monat auf dem Beautybloggercafe habe ich mich beim Stand von Point-Rouge total in die Nagellacke aus der Models Own Fruit Pastel Collection verliebt. Freundlicherweise durften wir uns je einen mitnehmen und und so nahm ich den hübschen pastel-gelben Lack, die Farbe „Banana Split“, mit. „Und was ist an denen jetzt so besonders?“, fragt ihr euch jetzt sicherlich. Neben den süßen Pastellfarben, in denen sie daherkommen tun diese Lacke nämlich noch eines: sie riechen! Und nein, nicht nach dem herkömmlichen stechenden Nagellack-Geruch sondern nach Banane, Beeren, Apfelkuchen, Traubensaft, Erdbeeren oder Blaubeeren! Zum Probe-Schnuppern muss man einfach den Deckel etwas ankratzen. Ich muss allerdings zugeben, aufgetragen riechen die Lacke wirklich nur ganz dezent nach dem jeweiligen Duft. Ich würde die Lacke daher nicht nur aus diesem Grund, sondern eher wegen der Farbe wegen kaufen. Aber zumindest ist der Geruch beim Auftrag nicht so unangenehm und penetrant wie bei herkömmlichen Nagellacken.
Die Models Own Fruit Pastel Collection enthält Lacke in Mintgrün, Lila, Pink, Hellblau und Gelb – alle pastellig, versteht sich. Models Own ist zum Beispiel bei Point-Rouge erhältlich – leider komme ich da etwas zu spät, denn die Scented Nail Polish Collection scheint dort schon ausverkauft zu sein. Was haltet ihr von Nagellack, der riecht? Und was sagt ihr zu der Farbe? Gelb im Pastellton ist doch gar nicht mal so übel, oder?

Last month at the ‚Beautybloggercafe‘ I was at the Point-Rouge counter and totally fell in love with the Models Own Fruit Pastel Collection nail polishes. We were lucky enough to get to pick one for each of us and so I brought the pastel yellow shade ‚Banana Split‘ home with me. ‚And what’s so special about them?‘, you’d probably ask yourself now. Apart from the cute pastels they indeed have another special feature: they’re scented! So in this case the nail polishes don’t smell like your regular one but smell of banana, berries, apple tart, grape juice, strawberry or blueberries. To get a sniff of the scent before applying it you have to scratch the top of the lid. Once applied on your nails the scnets of the lacquers are very subtle I have to admit.That’s why I wouldn’t buy them just because of the scent but more because of the colors. At least they don’t have that penetrating smell as usual.
The Models Own Fruit Pastel Collection contains a mint green, lilac, pink, light blue and yellow shade – all pastels, of course.
