Hey. Hast du schon mal von Kundalini-Yoga gehört? Da kommen selbst richtige Sportskanonen ins Schwitzen, zumindest ist das die Erfahrung, die ich bisher immer gemacht habe. Vielleicht wäre also das was für dich.

Mir ist Yoga einfach etwas zu langsam und dadurch schnell langweilig. Dass es nicht so mein Ding ist weiß ich, weil meine Pilates-Kursleiterin hin und wieder einige Yoga-Elemente mit einbaut und ich diesen Teil des Kurses meist nicht so toll finde. Einen reinen Yoga-Kurs habe ich noch nie besucht.
