Oh das ist sooo cool! Genau darum geht es: Dinge auszuprobieren, bei denen man erstmal zögerlich war und dann auch noch entdecken, dass es einem richtig Spaß macht :) Congrats für die Prüfung!

einen Sport, an den ich mich nie rangetraut habe, war das Surfen … letzten Sommer hab ich es dann doch gewagt und wollte vom Board gar nicht mehr runter! :D

Ich selbst habe letztes Jahr mit einer Freundin
TAE BO angefangen. Sie hatte mir begeistert von dem ersten Training erzählt, aber ich wusste nicht ob es wirklich was für mich ist. Dann habe ich mich selbst getraut und jetzt liebe ich es einfach, da man nicht alleine ist sondern in der Gruppe zusammen schwitzt und lacht. Jetzt, ein in Jahr später habe ich sogar schon meine erste Prüfung gemeistert und freue mich auf jedes Training.
